Inserting
We have a comprehensive inserting facility comprising of 7 machines: • 1 Pemserter Series 2000 • 2 Haeger 824 one touch with bowl feed unit • 2 Haeger 619 with bowl feed unit • and 2 Haeger 618 standard machine
Alochrome
We have an inhouse Alochrome line with 1000 and 1200 capacity.
Laser Profiling
The Trumpf TLC L2530 Laser enables us to expand our current sheet metal capabilities. The TRUMATIC L2530 is a high powered flatbed laser cutting centre and is based upon the flying optics principle also.
Painting and Finishing
Our painting and finishing capabilities include a 400ft twin track facility with in-line pre-treatment. Both lines can carry out wet-paint, powder and waterborne paint application. We also have a separate off-line wet paint facility with a stand alone box oven, which is capable of 2.5 metres by 2 metres.
Silkscreen
We have a fully integrated silk-screen facility on site in our premises at Glenrothes.
