Our Capabilities Include:

Design - Punching - Laser - Folding - Welding and Fabrication - Painting, Alochroming and Screen Printing - Assembly -

CAD/CAM. Using the latest technologies. Precision cutting of a wide range of materials. CNC Press Brakes and power press TIG and MIG. Purpose built plant Full electro-mechanical assembly and packing facility to enable delivery direct to the end user.

Turret Punch
We have a Trumpf TC5000R FMC, complete with automated material handling, automated part stacking and automated tool load/unload. The unit is fully tooled to carry out tapping in cycle.

We also have a 2 Trumpf TC500R FMC with full material handling system integration and 2 Amada Pega Queen 345.

Pressbrakes

In house we have 7 press breaks, comprising: • Trumph Trumabend V850 with DNC Link • 2 Trumpf Trumabend V85S with DNC link • 1 Amada ITPS 8025 • 1 Amada ITPS 5020 • 1 Amada ITPS 2512 • 2 Cincinnati 5 series 135 Ton

Power press
FiFab has 9 power press units ranging from 20 ton to 100 ton capability

Welding
We have comprehensive welding facilities with the capability to perform MIG, TIG and Gas to MOD approved standard.

Alochrome
We have an inhouse Alochrome line with 1000 and 1200 capacity.

Laser Profiling
The Trumpf TLC L2530 Laser enables us to expand our current sheet metal capabilities. The TRUMATIC L2530 is a high powered flatbed laser cutting centre and is based upon the flying optics principle also.

Painting and Finishing
Our painting and finishing capabilities include a 400ft twin track facility with in-line pre-treatment. Both lines can carry out wet-paint, powder and waterborne paint application. We also have a separate off-line wet paint facility with a stand alone box oven, which is capable of 2.5 metres by 2 metres.

We have a fully integrated silk-screen facility on site in our premises at Glenrothes.
